Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Nature's Power Choice. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a refund, contact us at iln.alex@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For Shopify Collective products (sourced from our supplier partners), return eligibility may vary by vendor.
